No keyboard shortcuts, function key, arrows/navigation keys in source code editors. No shortcuts are displayed on the menus, the tools/option/environment/keyboard page is completely empty.

Seven .vsk files are present in Common7\IDE

Uninstallation of Beta2 products successfully performed with vs_uninst.exe

No error reported during setup of the RC

Complete uninstall/reinstall does not fix the problem.
